Time Line Therapy:
We all go through different stages in our life, experience different challenges but in many cases find out that we follow same patterns, make the mistakes and end out with same outcome which brings us to experience failure , self-judgement and in general causes us to experience negative emotions which may cause us to lose faith and motivation to find better life for us. It is often during a session that I ask my client what did they learn from the experience or the “problem “ and they find it hard to come up with the answer. This is very common.
During my NLP sessions I use a great technique- Time Line Therapy! This technique allows you to disassociate from the current state , and be able to look at the “problem “ from different Engels allowing you to float over past, present and future and see yourself in a different proportion so that you can identify , understand your behavior and realize your mistakes , what will greatly help you not follow the same pattern and therefore make the positive changes needed and release those negative emotions.
Time Line Therapy is a process of active imagination and a form of brief intervention. Works on a subconscious level using a natural state of suggestibility to bypass the critical mind- the filter . It is able to change the internal representation of an event. It is simply a process of disconnecting the negative emotions of the past so they can be released in the present.
Time Line Therapy is a powerful NLP technique which can help release a negative emotion. 80% of people can do it in about 15 minutes.
Time Line Therapy is also very successful when it comes to releasing limiting decisions.
Examples to such: I’m not good enough, I can’t have a healthy relationship, I never make enough money.
Creating your future techniques puts an event in a person’s future in such a way that it creates the reality for it to actual happen.
